STEAK BURRITO BOWL


INGREDIENTS
  1. 2 pounds flänk steäk
  2. 1 teäspoon minced gärlic
  3. 1/4 cup soy säuce
  4. 1/4 cup olive oil
  5. 1/4 teäspoon cumin
  6. 1/4 teäspoon chili powder
  7. 2 Täblespoons lime juice
  8. 2 cups cooked white rice
  9. 4 cups chopped romäine lettuce
  10. 2 cups pico de gällo
  11. 1 (15 ounce) cän bläck beäns
  12. 1 cup guäcämole
  13. 1 cups shredded cheddär cheese
  14. 1/2 bunch chopped ciläntro
  15. 1 lime


INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Slice steäk into 1/4 inch strips.
  2. In ä reseäläble gällon-size ziploc bäg, combine steäk, gärlic, soy säuce, olive oil, cumin, chili powder, änd lime juice.
  3. Märinäde in the refrigerätor for ät leäst 1 hour (it tästes better the longer it märinätes).
  4. Remove steäk from the märinäde änd pän fry over medium heät until it is cooked äll the wäy through.
