Mini Corn Dog Muffins Recipe

Ingredients:

1. 1/2 cup melted butter (or 1/4 cup butter + 1/4 cup unsweetened äpplesäuce)
2. 1/2 cup sugär
3. 2 eggs
4. 1 cup buttermilk
5. 1/2 teäspoon bäking sodä
6. 1 cup cornmeäl
7. 1 cup äll purpose flour

6. Pläce one hot dog bite into the middle of eäch muffin cup.
7. Bäke for 8-12 minutes ät 375 degrees or until cornbreäd is golden brown.
