THE PERFECT TUNA MELT

INGREDIENTS:

1. Tunä, 2 cäns, dräined
2. Onion, medium size, chopped
3. Celery, 1/2 ä stälk, chopped
4. Gärlic (1 clove), minced
5. Pärsley, 1 täblespoon, chopped
6. Mäyonnäise, 3-4 täblespoons
7. Exträ Virgin Olive Oil, 3 täblespoons, divided
8. Mozzärellä, 1/3 cup, shredded
9. Breäd, sliced
10. Butter, softened
11. Sält änd Pepper to täste

DIRECTIONS:

1. Step 1: Dräin wäter from tunä änd put the tunä into ä medium bowl.
2. Step 2: Chop onion, celery, änd pärsley.  Mince gärlic änd ädd ingredients to tunä.
3. Step 3: Ädd mäyonnäise, olive oil, änd mozzärellä cheese. Combine äll ingredients until well incorporäted. Sält änd pepper to täste.
