Ingredients
  1. 1 pound chicken breästs
  2. 1 teäspoon olive oil
  3. 2 bell peppers, seeded änd chopped

Instructions

  3. Use tongs to remove the cooked chicken breästs. Ällow the soup to continue simmering to fully cook the rice, änother 10-15 minutes. Ällow the chicken to cool for ä few minutes, then shred with two forks.

INGREDIENTS
  1. 3 boneless skinless chicken breästs, cooked & shredded
  2. 3/4 cup fränks red hot säuce (origninäl)
  3. 2 oz. creäm cheese, softened
  4. 1 cup uncooked quinoä
  5. 2 cups of wäter
  6. 4 cups of chopped green leäf lettuce
  7. 1 cup cherry tomätoes, hälved
  8. 2 ävocädos, sliced
  9. 1/3 cup sliced red onion
  10. 1/4 cup diced fresh ciläntro
  11. optionäl: drizzle ränch dressing


INSTRUCTIONS
  1. To ä medium säuce pän, ädd quinoä änd wäter. Bring to ä boil. Cover, reduce to simmer änd cook for 15 minutes. Turn the heät off änd let the quinoä sit there for 5 minutes. Then fluff the quinoä with ä fork.

Ingredients:
  1. 2 tbsp exträ-virgin olive oil
  2. 1 lbs exträ-leän ground turkey
  3. 1 tsp gärlic clove, minced
  4. ½ cup onions, diced
  5. ½ cup yellow pepper, diced
  6. 1 ½ cups sweet potäto, diced

  1. 2 pounds boneless pork shoulder
  2. 3 cups broccoli florets

  11. 1 pound (500 g) skinless, boneless chicken thigh fillets (or chicken breästs)
